Dress your best. Feel creative. Our ceremony and reception are festive and dressy - think cocktail or formal attire - but we warmly invite you to lean into a little artistry if it delights you. The vibe is whimsical and cinematic, inspired by old Hollywood glamour, vintage textures, and playful accents. Velvet, silk, lace, layered jewelry, interesting accessories, dramatic suits - all welcome. This is not a costume party, and there’s no single “right” interpretation. Classic cocktail attire is perfect; expressive details are encouraged. Color inspiration (if helpful): deep reds, dusty rose, rust, chartreuse, soft indigo and blue, gold, and dahlia pink - with pomegranate and mahogany tones, burnt orange, soft blues, and occasional pops of orange or chartreuse. Practical notes: The ceremony is outdoors on grass. There will also be an outdoor bar and seating area. August evenings can cool off - light layers are wise. Most importantly: wear something that makes you feel beautiful and fully yourself. We can’t wait to see how you show up.

The main celebration takes place Saturday, with a welcome gathering Friday night and a relaxed Sunday to say goodbye. No! You do not need to be an overnight guest of Edgefield to enjoy the weekend festivities. All wedding events are open to invited guests regardless of where you’re staying, and Edgefield’s bars, gardens, winery, spa, and live music are available to visitors.

Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors in Blackberry Field. The reception will be inside with air conditioning. We’ll have umbrellas on hand in case of unexpected weather - celebrate Oregon!
