IN LIEU OF A REGISTRY
The most meaningful gift to us is having you there, and we know many of you are traveling to celebrate with us. Because of that, we’re not creating a traditional registry and truly don’t expect gifts.

If you feel moved to give something, we’d love for it to be personal, something with a story, a memory, or a piece of your life in it that we can adapt to ours and learn from. We’ve included a few ideas below if that’s helpful:
-
Handwritten recipe for a meal that centers your home
-
“What I've learned about marriage or companionship” note
-
Book, poem, or music with a short note on why it's meaningful
-
Letter for a future moment (labeled and sealed)
If it feels more natural, you’re also welcome to make a donation to one of the organizations listed below.
There’s absolutely no expectation. This is simply an open invitation. Your presence is more than enough, and we’re just grateful to share the weekend with you.

Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières)
Provides medical care in crisis situations around the world — from conflict zones to areas affected by natural disasters and limited access to healthcare. Their work is direct, urgent, and focused on reaching people who would otherwise go without care.
Donate here.

Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC)
Works to protect the land, water, air, and ecosystems that sustain life. Their work spans climate, wildlife, and environmental health, with a focus on long-term stewardship and policy change.
Donate here.
Caring for the natural world and the systems that support human life is something we think about often, and supporting organizations like these feels like a meaningful extension of that.
